The design of the blog very
sophisticated with a black background and white foreground. This look makes it
seem very easy to navigate and read. The font of the blog is normal and not old
English font. The articles submitted look professionally made and not simply
amateurs’ photographers. The article that I am reading is based in the work of
Garth and Pierre. The photo displayed is of a man showing the complexities of self-identities
between what society expects and what they identify themselves as. The way the
photo represented shows the holistic approach as to what this person has to
face and makes him. I found it intriguing because the way the photographer joins
and is able to express the complexities of gay and lesbian identity is quite
interesting.
